The password drawer on the Passwords list page has been improved. It is now enabled by default, allowing you to quickly view and manage password details without leaving the list view. Administrators can enable or disable this feature at the account level, and individual users can adjust their preference through personal settings. If you prefer to use the previous workflow, you can disable the password drawer at any time.
Fixes
An issue where Kaseya Assist chat messages containing image attachments (without accompanying text) would disappear from the chat history after a page refresh has been fixed. The chat now correctly persists attachment-only messages and supports follow-up questions about previously uploaded images.
Resolved an issue where the document text editor toolbar in IT Glue was not sticky, requiring users to scroll back to the top to apply formatting when editing long documents. Additionally, several broken and outdated knowledge base links across MyGlue, Network Glue, and Datto BCDR DR Runbook pages have been updated to point to the correct help articles.
Fixed and issue where the Autotask integration was incorrectly creating extra locations in IT Glue when address details were updated on a contact in Autotask. Locations in IT Glue are now only created when synced directly from Autotask location records.
Resolved an issue where MyGlue users experienced a login timeout error after being forced logged out due to a password change in another browser session. You can now successfully log in with your updated password on the first attempt without needing to reload the page.
An issue where networks with multiple Active Directory domains showed a status of Error or Lambda Queued has been fixed. Network Glue now correctly handles multi-domain security groups by using a unique combination of SID and domain name, allowing scans to complete successfully and snapshots to be pulled and updated as expected.
