New feature

• Integration with Integrating with Spanning Backup for Google Workspace. Spanning Backup for Google Workspace specifically provides a SaaS backup solution for MSPs’ clients using Google Workspace and its suite of products as their productivity platform. Through this integration, IT Glue now reflects the Google Workspace backup status of the contacts per organization covered by this Spanning Backup solution.
• For customers using Vorex, Pulseway, or BMS integration -  "Employee" username for integration setup has been deprecated. Use "Employee API" credentials, which are free to generate for all products, to keep your information syncing with IT Glue.

Fixed Issues

Fixed an issue where Datto BCDR storage units on matched configuration were appearing incorrectly for some customers.

Fixed an issue where the checkmark the toggle was missing in the BMS Ticket Settings page.

Fixed an issue where some customers in the Australia region were unable to copy URL and username from IT Glue passwords.

Fixed an issue in Office 365 integration where there was deletion of the organization mapping record  during sync errors.
