New Feature

  • Smart Audit for Passwords enables Administrators to quickly identify and manage passwords that are not complex, weak, or duplicated by analyzing password integrity and complexity using an industry standard evaluation method, and providing a centralized security-focused view in IT Glue.

Enhancements

  • Improved security so that after a password reset, all users, including those using Face ID or other biometric authentication on mobile, are required to re-authenticate again by entering a new reset password before accessing MyGlue on mobile. This enhancement ensures that active sessions are invalidated across web, browser extension, and mobile apps whenever a password is changed, providing stronger protection for your account and sensitive data.
  • Organizations can now be automatically added to groups when they are created. This enhancement reduces administrative workloads by eliminating the need to manually manage groups individually each time a new organization is added.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where clicking certain password URLs from the list view would open a new tab that immediately closed due to a non-standard target attribute. All password URLs now open reliably in a new tab as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where images and attachments would not preview in IT Glue Location assets when more than 40 files were present. Previews now display correctly for all attachments, regardless of quantity.
  • Fixed an issue where tagging documents in IT Glue was unreliable due to a search string length limitation. The search input for document tagging now supports up to 64 characters, ensuring consistent tagging functionality.
  • Fixed an issue where the IT Glue dashboard status page linked to an outdated system status URL. The dashboard now directs users to the current Kaseya Inc. status page.
  • Resolved an issue where deleting a password from the global tab did not trigger the configured password deletion workflow. You will now receive the expected workflow notifications regardless of where a password is deleted.
  • Fixed an issue where manually added flexible assets appeared twice in configurations synced with Datto RMM, when software sync was disabled. Related items now display correctly without duplication, making configuration management clearer and more accurate.
