Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where selecting an organization in the Smart Assist Passwords tab did not work after deleting the All Organizations value. Now, the correct organization is displayed when selected.
  • Resolved an issue that occurred after manually entered values in the Calendar input field on the Exports and Runbooks admin pages could not be saved. Now, your manually entered date and time values are correctly saved and applied on these pages.
  • Resolved an issue where loading or searching the Organization page in IT Glue was significantly delayed for accounts with a large number of organizations. Now, the Organization page loads and responds faster, improving usability for accounts with many organizations.
  • An issue where the password section did not display complete notes if the content included the "<" symbol is fixed. Now, all notes in the password section are shown in full, even when special characters are used.
  • Resolved an issue where the Contacts page in IT Glue experienced significant loading delays for organizations with many networks. The Contacts page now loads much faster, improving performance across organizations with large datasets.
  • An issue where IT Glue would set the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to "none" in Autotask when updating synced configuration items is resolved. You can now update configurations in IT Glue without it removing the SLA value in Autotask.
  • Resolved an issue where users received errors or timeouts when updating GlueConnect accounts with a large number of organizations. Updates to GlueConnect accounts now process more reliably, even for accounts with thousands of organizations.
  • Fixed an issue where the MAC address was missing from the Configuration Device Matching page under the Matched To tab for Datto Networking integrations. The MAC address is now correctly displayed in both the Datto Networking Device and Matched To tabs.
  • An issue where the Connected to search box in the configuration interfaces section did not find any configurations when adding a new interface is resolved. You can now successfully search for configurations.
  • Fixed an issue where activity logs were not created for delete, archive, or copy actions in Copilot Smart Assist for Documents. Now, all actions performed through Smart Assist are properly logged.
  • An issue where IT Glue webhook notifications to Microsoft Teams could trigger excessive failure emails is fixed. You will now receive correct Teams notifications without failure emails.
  • Resolved an issue where images could not be saved when copied and pasted into Flexible Assets.
