IT Glue V1.118.127: September 18, 2026
Enhancement
- Authorization for deleted password revision history has been improved, ensuring revision access is limited to users who were authorized to access the password at the time of deletion. Authorization now also correctly accounts for moved, embedded, personal, and restricted passwords, while access to active password revisions remains unchanged.
The following edge cases were handled for the deleted record's revisions:
- If a password is moved between organizations: Each revision is authorized against the organization the password belonged to at the time of that revision creation. Revisions from an organization you weren't authorized to access return "not found."
- For an embedded password, whose parent is deleted: Revision history is now preserved, anyone with organization access and permission to the asset and its embedded password can still see it.
- For the personal password's revisions: Only the owner sees it after deletion.
- For the restricted password's revisions: Decided by whoever had access to the password or folder at the time of deletion, plus IT Glue administrators.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where deleted assets tagged to flexible asset fields were not displayed, preventing users from updating the flexible asset. Deleted tagged assets are now correctly displayed so users can identify and remove them as needed.
- An issue where accessing older password revision history returned a 500 Internal Server Error has been fixed. Users can now view all available password revisions without errors.
- Resolved an issue where the Microsoft 365 integration incorrectly identified devices running Windows build 10.0.26200.8390 as Windows 10. The integration now correctly identifies these devices as Windows 11.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to access the revision history of flexible asset records. Users can now view available revisions for flexible asset types as expected.
- Resolved an issue where the Learn More link for Access Groups settings on the Authentication tab redirected users to the incorrect KaseyaOne Help article. The link now directs users to the appropriate IT Glue Help article.
