Introduced validation guardrails to the Datto RMM matching logic to prevent IT Glue from incorrectly auto-matching unrelated devices when identifiers partially match but conflict, such as when a MAC address matches but serial number differs.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Related Items search results drop-down on Contacts, Configurations, Domains, Locations, Passwords, and SSL Certificates asset pages was not covering the revision versions panel, causing revision entries to bleed through the drop-down. The sidebar pin button overlap with the search results drop-down has also been resolved, and the Related Items sidebar now loads correctly for all non-MyGlue accounts regardless of Copilot Suggestions settings.
Resolved an issue where the Learn More knowledge base article link in the Offline Mode SSO section under Admin > Authentication was directing users to the wrong documentation article. The link now correctly points to the Enabling Offline Mode SSO article instead of the unrelated Introduction to IT Glue Offline Mode for Passwords article.
The MyGlue account search was limited to only 40–50 results when sharing a document to the MyGlue Help Center, causing accounts beyond that threshold to be unreachable. The issue has been resolved, and a pagination parameter has been added to the request so that all MyGlue accounts are now returned and searchable when sharing documents.
Resolved an issue where MyGlue users with access to multiple accounts (one with SSO enabled and one without) were unable to properly switch between organizations. You can now authenticate and switch between SSO and non-SSO MyGlue accounts as expected.
An issue where one-time multifactor authentication (MFA) recovery codes generated in IT Glue were being rejected at login has been fixed. You can now successfully authenticate using your alphanumeric MFA recovery codes across all platforms, including subdomain, app, MyGlue, mobile, and browser extensions.
The Microsoft 365 integration sync was failing for accounts with a large number of tenants lacking an active GDAP relationship. The fix now classifies non-GDAP tenant errors separately and excludes them from the error count, allowing the sync to complete successfully while logging the skipped tenants as warnings.
Fixed an issue where viewing a revision of a flagged document caused the flag to disappear when navigating back to the documents list. The fix ensures that document flags are correctly preserved after browsing revision history, so flags now remain visible and intact as expected.
Resolved an issue where Microsoft 365 contacts failed to sync to IT Glue due to a pagination error. Contacts now sync successfully.
The MyGlue Usage Reporting page displayed incorrect data and was missing months for certain years. Usage reports now show accurate and complete monthly data.
Resolved an issue where IT Glue incorrectly auto-matched unrelated devices during Datto RMM sync when only one identifier (MAC address or serial number) matched. Devices with conflicting or incomplete identifiers are now either blocked from matching or surfaced as suggested matches for partner review.
Fixed an issue where the Autotask two-way sync incorrectly overwrote the phone, fax, and state fields in Autotask when an organization record was updated in IT Glue. These fields are now preserved as expected during sync.
An issue where updating an organization in IT Glue unintentionally changed the mapped company phone number format in Autotask has been fixed. IT Glue now preserves the Autotask company phone number when syncing organization updates.
Fixed an issue where the Datto SaaS Protection widget was incorrectly displayed on the MyGlue Organization homepage when enabled in IT Glue. The widget is no longer visible in MyGlue, keeping this client-facing interface uncluttered.
Resolved an error where the VSA X integration intermittently failed to suggest matching configurations by device name when MAC address or serial number did not match. Device name suggestions now appear correctly.
Fixed an issue where IT Glue continued to display Microsoft 365 licenses that had been removed from the tenant, causing inaccurate license data after sync. License information now accurately reflects the current state of the Microsoft 365 tenant as expected.
