IT Glue V1.118.117: May 29, 2026

New Features

  • Administrators can now pause and resume individual API keys from Admin > Settings > API Keys, allowing you to temporarily disable API access during security events, audits, or integration maintenance without revoking or deleting the key.
  • The MyGlue Edge extension is now available in the Microsoft Edge store. You can quickly and securely access all of your MyGlue passwords, create passwords, and preview or manage assets right from within the browser extension. Click MyGlue Edge Extension - Microsoft Edge Add-ons to install the extension.

Enhancement

  • Kaseya Assist now delivers far more accurate and dependable document search results by detecting when a query is ambiguous and provides clear, contextual follow‑up prompts. This reduces time wasted on irrelevant results and helps you quickly zero in on the exact document you need, whether it’s tied to a title, organization, folder, or flag type. Kaseya Assist eliminates guesswork and accelerates documentation retrieval, enabling you to resolve issues faster, maintain focus across your workflow, and rely on the GenAI assistant to surface accurate information on the first query.

Fixes

  • Resolved a bug where Flexible Asset rules incorrectly interfered with Document insights within Autotask tickets. This fix ensures that only relevant documents matching your specific ticket rules are displayed in the insights panel.
  • An issue where the Kaseya Assist scroll bar would disappear in full screen mode and the New Chat button remained disabled during response generation has been fixed. These fixes ensure you can always navigate long chat discussions and start new conversations without interruption.
  • Resolved an issue that caused hyperlinked document URLs, generated by Kaseya Assist, to lose their formatting when pasted into external applications like Microsoft Excel. This fix ensures that links remain clickable and preserve their hyperlink structure across different platforms and services.
  • An issue where MyGlue Help Center documents would render incorrectly when attachments were present has been fixed. Document layouts now remain consistent and readable, with attachments properly displayed without affecting the overall page structure.
  • Resolved a bug where the updated API Keys page lacked a proper empty state when no custom keys were present. This fix implements a new empty state design, including a descriptive icon and text, to improve clarity and guidance when you have not yet created any API keys.
  • Fixed an issue where the Export All Fields functionality on the assets listing screen failed to include critical data for SSL certificate records. Exported files now correctly include the hostname and certificate value fields, allowing for complete data portability and successful re-importing.
  • Resolved an issue where the IT Glue Document Importer would omit images if they were the sole content within an HTML element. Images are correctly imported and rendered even when no sibling text is present, thus preventing data loss during document migration.
  • Fixed an issue where Cooper Copilot suggestions for Contacts, Locations, and Passwords would fail if notes contained excessive special characters or long text strings. This fix ensures suggestions are consistently generated without triggering system errors.
  • Resolved a bug where configurations synced from ConnectWise were automatically set to inactive in IT Glue when they became orphaned. This fix ensures that orphaned configurations maintain their correct status as defined in ConnectWise, preventing unintended status changes during the synchronization process.
  • Fixed an issue where accented characters in document titles, such as å, ä, and ö, were exported incorrectly from IT Glue. This fix ensures that document names preserve their original formatting and special characters during the data export process.
  • An issue where importing Microsoft Word (.docx) files into IT Glue would fail has been resolved. Such documents are now successfully imported as native IT Glue documents by properly handling image processing during the conversion.
  • Fixed an issue where certain Microsoft Word (.docx) documents completed the import process but failed to import any content into IT Glue. This fix ensures affected documents are successfully imported as native, searchable documents instead of returning an empty import with row error messages.
  • An issue where SSL Tracker imports would fail due to missing hostname or certificate data in exported files has been resolved. Now, both the host and certificate fields are correctly included in exports and properly mapped during the import process. The fix now allows for seamless data portability and record recreation.
  • Fixed an issue that caused previously exported SSL certificates to fail when re-imported into the SSL Tracker due to certificate and host field validation errors. Exported SSL certificates can now be successfully imported without triggering blank or invalid field validation messages.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented KaseyaOne SSO from being successfully enabled in IT Glue and blocked authentication updates during the setup process. This fix also restores seamless log in from KaseyaOne to previously connected IT Glue accounts, without requiring users to reauthenticate through the IT Glue login page.
