IT Glue V1.118.116: May 18, 2026

Enhancements

  • Released a new version of IT Glue Chrome extension that resolved issues with autofill on a few specific websites.
  • A new version of Offline Mode extension has been released, which resolved issues where last sync data doesn't refresh without having to sign in again, as well as an issue with decrypting vaulted passwords.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where documents were not found and returned correctly in Kaseya Assist chat after a folder was renamed. Kaseya Assist AI search queries now return accurate results after folder renames.
  • Resolved an issue where Kaseya Assist AI search queries for non-document assets, such as passwords, were incorrectly classified as Product Q&A questions and returning unrelated knowledge base responses. AI search queries for passwords now return a clear message indicating that only document search is currently supported, while other non-document asset handling will be supported in a future update.
  • Resolved an issue where Kaseya Assist AI search queries were taking up to 40 seconds to return results due to Azure-related performance issues. Find query response times have been significantly reduced, delivering faster AI search results to users.
  • Resolved an issue where Kaseya Assist AI search queries with multiple keywords (e.g., "Microsoft Integration") returned irrelevant documents matching only one of the keywords due to an OR-based fuzzy search fallback. Fuzzy search now uses AND logic, ensuring all keywords must be present in the results for more accurate document matching.
  • An issue where searching for documents, in an organization or folder with no matching results, returned documents from entirely different organizations via the fuzzy search fallback has been resolved. Find queries now display a clear no results found message when no documents match within the specified organization or folder.
  • An issue where embedded passwords created via API in flexible assets displayed StructuredData::Row instead of the parent flexible asset record name on the Password Details page was fixed. Embedded passwords now correctly display the associated flexible asset name when exported from the Global tab.
  • Resolved an issue where paused API keys were not fully removed and reappeared in the API Keys list after a page refresh. API keys now delete successfully, and removing the last API key returns the page to the default state with an empty record for generating a new key.
  • Resolved an issue where configuration items with the type set to Firewall were not syncing from IT Glue to Autotask due to a serialized product validation error. Firewall configuration items now sync successfully to Autotask when the sync settings are correctly configured.
  • Resolved an issue where Microsoft License dates in specified IT Glue instances stopped updating in myITprocess QBR reports. This was due to the sync task failing when encountering orphaned flexible asset rows with deleted organizations. Microsoft License data now syncs successfully, ensuring QBR reports display up-to-date license data.
  • An issue where clicking the Manage link on an Addigy-linked device in IT Glue displayed a no manage URL to redirect to for this resource error instead of navigating to the Addigy portal. The Manage link now correctly redirects to the associated device in the Addigy portal.
  • Resolved an issue where a validation error was incorrectly displayed when inviting a user with default organizations assigned through a selected group. Users can now be invited successfully without validation errors when valid default organizations are present.
  • Updated the Domain workflow filter labels from WHOIS to WHOIS/RDAP to accurately reflect support for both protocols.
  • Resolved an issue where cross-region account migrations failed. Account region migrations now complete successfully.
  • Resolved an issue where scheduled Active Directory password rotations were incorrectly attributed to the first admin user of the account in the revision history instead of the actual automation process. Password rotation revision history now accurately reflects the correct source of the change for scheduled rotations.
