New Feature
IT Glue now includes Kaseya Assist, a GenAI assistant that lets users with a Creator role and above to ask product‑related questions and instantly find relevant documents through guided prompts or free‑form queries. Admins and Managers can manage the feature from the Admin Settings > AI tab. This release streamlines in‑app knowledge discovery and helps teams work more efficiently with AI‑powered guidance built directly into their workflow.
Enhancement
IT Glue has updated Universal Instance Management and now syncs tenant life cycle events to the KaseyaOne platform in real time using its own stable instance identifiers, eliminating dependency on Salesforce IDs. This change is fully deployed and requires no action from end users.
Fixes
An issue that prevented users from signing in to Helpdesk using IT Glue EU and AU accounts has been resolved. You can now successfully authenticate and access Helpdesk with the regional IT Glue accounts.
Fixed an issue where the knowledge base link displayed in Datto RMM software synchronization error logs was invalid. Error messaging has also been improved for unsupported device types, and the KB link now directs users to the correct integration documentation.
Resolved an issue in domain workflows so WHOIS- and RDAP-based filters work correctly together when RDAP is enabled, including fallback to WHOIS values when RDAP data is missing. This ensures your workflow results and domain expiry notifications remain accurate regardless of the RDAP read flag.
Resolved a bug that caused a 504 Gateway Timeout when updating large groups with 10,000 or more organizations from add_all to remove_all organization assignments. Group updates now complete successfully without timing out.
An issue where the Microsoft 365 integration could show licenses as active in IT Glue even after those licenses were removed from your Microsoft 365 tenant has been resolved. IT Glue now syncs license data more accurately so removed licenses no longer appear in Microsoft license records.
Resolved an issue where filtering in the Flexible Assets Global View was inconsistent and did not support all visible field types, including text, tag, and text box fields. Users can now filter across all supported visible fields, aligning the experience with Configuration Global View filtering behavior.
Fixed a bug where MyGlue users could be saved without any group assignments during user edits, bypassing required security restrictions. An error is now displayed when no group assignment is selected, ensuring at least one group is required for MyGlue users.
Resolved an issue where users auto-provisioned from KaseyaOne to IT Glue with capitalized email addresses encountered a 500 error during login. You can now successfully authenticate through KaseyaOne regardless of email address capitalization.
An issue where Microsoft license synchronization displayed doubled total license counts in IT Glue, despite correct usage data, has been fixed. License totals now accurately match the counts reported in Microsoft.
Resolved an issue where Addigy synchronization pagination was not functioning correctly, causing only the first 50 devices to sync. Pagination now processes all available pages to ensure complete device synchronization.
An issue where Microsoft 365 contact synchronization failed due to a skip token API error in single-tenant integrations has been resolved. Contacts now sync successfully into IT Glue alongside other Microsoft 365 data sources.
Resolved a bug where devices running AlmaLinux were incorrectly displayed as Windows 8 in IT Glue, and on the RMM Compare Data screen. Operating system data now syncs and displays correctly across IT Glue, PSA, and RMM integrations.
Fixed an issue where filtering Flexible Assets by a Percent column could trigger an error. Percent filtering in the Flexible Assets Global View now works as expected without errors.
