A new version of the MyGlue Chrome extension is available, which includes a new auto-update passwords feature and some other enhancements, including for OTP autofill.
Password Drawer has been introduced to enhance the experience of locating and accessing passwords in IT Glue.
Enhancement
Scheduled exports have been improved by automatically including passwords in all exports created before February 9, 2026. This ensures your legacy exports remain comprehensive and consistent with the latest IT Glue export features.
Fixes
An issue where the cross button in the Expiration Date calendar was misaligned, and shifted away from the date picker in Documents, was fixed. The cross button and the calendar are now properly aligned and stick together in IT Glue.
Resolved an issue where Unitrends assets with failed backups became unmatched and disappeared from the IT Glue matching page after a sync. Now, previously matched assets remain matched and their backup status is now visible, even if a backup fails.
Fixed a bug where only a small portion of assets and contacts from HaloPSA were syncing to IT Glue due to an issue with pagination in the integration. All selected assets and contacts now sync as expected, ensuring complete data transfer.
Resolved an issue that caused Microsoft integrations to get stuck in the disconnecting state, preventing full removal from IT Glue. Integrations now disconnect as expected.
Fixed an issue that caused 504 gateway errors when exporting At risk passwords for users in IT Glue. You can now generate and export these reports without timeouts or errors.
Resolved an issue where the total count of duplicate passwords on the Smart Audit page did not update after passwords were vaulted. The duplicate count now refreshes correctly when passwords are stored in Vault.
An issue where copying a checklist template with the Preserve Assigned Organizations option did not retain the original organization assignments was fixed. Now, when you copy a checklist template and select this option, the new template is correctly assigned to the same organizations as the original.
