IT Glue V1.118.105: February 9, 2026

Enhancements

  • The IT Glue Export feature now provides greater control over exported data. You can now choose whether to include or exclude passwords and selectively export Core Assets and Flexible Assets. This update improves security management and allows for more tailored export configurations.
  • A collapsible right sidebar was added to all asset pages in IT Glue, allowing you to hide or show the panel with a single click. This gives you more screen space and flexibility to focus on the asset details that matter most.
  • Added new operating systems to the selectable OS list in Configurations, including Windows 11 LTSC 2024, Windows Server 2025 Datacenter: Azure Edition, and additional Firebox, WatchGuard AP, and AlmaLinux versions.
  • The Activity log was enhanced so that it now displays the actual document title immediately upon creation, instead of showing the default New Document name. This improvement makes it easier to track document creation and authorship in logs. The change applies only to documents created after this update; existing logs for previously created documents are not modified.

Hot Fix

  • Resolved an issue where selecting or creating a checklist template in IT Glue resulted in a blank screen for users in the EU, NA, and AU regions. You can now open and create checklist templates without encountering display errors.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the initial password evaluation banner was not displayed in Smart Audit when no passwords were present and evaluation had not started. The banner now appears correctly, ensuring that you receive accurate status feedback.
  • An issue where exporting the Entra ID: Security Groups flexible asset from the list view (Organization > Apps and Services - Entra ID: Security Groups) produced CSV files with extra columns and “[object Object]” values has been fixed. The export now generates clean CSV files with only the expected fields and readable data when exporting from the list view of M365 Groups and Entra ID Security Groups.
  • Resolved an issue where no notification banner was displayed after editing and saving a scheduled export in IT Glue. You will now see a confirmation banner when changes to scheduled exports are saved.
  • An issue where the Restore button in List View Options on the asset list page did not correctly reset to default selections and order is resolved. The restore function now properly reverts to default options and disables non-default selections.
  • Fixed a bug where MyGlue users could view data from other organizations via browser developer tools. You can now only access data belonging to your own organization, ensuring proper data isolation.
  • Resolved an issue where flexible assets could present duplicate fields, preventing editing via the API. The system now correctly validates and blocks duplicate field entries, while still allowing multiple unique tags per field.
  • Resolved an issue where restoring a deleted manual export from Activity Logs resulted in a 500 error. The restoration icon is now hidden for exports in Activity Logs, preventing this misleading behavior.
  • Fixed an issue where MyGlue seat allocation could display a negative value and allow additional users to be added beyond the seat limit. The license count now accurately reflects the correct number of seats, displays Unlimited for unlimited accounts, and prevents adding users once the seat limit is reached.
  • Resolved an issue where reactivating a workflow trigger did not update the last_upper_bound_time, causing notifications for already expired assets to be sent. With this fix, when a trigger is reactivated, last_upper_bound_time is updated to the current date, ensuring notifications are only sent for assets expiring after reactivation. IT Glue users will now only receive alerts for SSL certificates expiring in 30 days, not for certificates that have already expired.
