Enhancements

Improved Microsoft 365 integration by adding support for new license types, including:

  • Microsoft 365 E5 (no Teams),
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales
  • Microsoft Teams Phone with domestic calling (country zone 1 - UK/Canada)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Microsoft 365 and Entra ID groups were not automatically relating to synced contacts in IT Glue. Group and contact relationships now sync correctly for all tenants.
  • An issue where users with the Manager role could override administrator permissions and gain access to previously restricted organizations or assets has been resolved. Managers can no longer grant themselves access beyond what is allowed by administrators.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a 500 error when users attempted to log out after their session had already expired. Users are now correctly redirected to the login page when logging out from an inactive session.
  • Resolved an issue where the inline tagging suggestion dropdown was cut off at the bottom of documents. The @relate search box now displays fully, even when used in the last section of a document.
  • Fixed an issue where the Applications flexible asset failed to load when accessed from the organization sidebar. The asset data now loads correctly and can be accessed from the organization view, matching the behavior of the Global view.
  • Resolved an issue where document flags could not be saved as the default in Documents despite appearing to update in the UI. The selected flag is now correctly persisted and reflected as the default after saving or refreshing.
  • Fixed an issue where ConnectWise PSA ticket syncs failed with an SSL_read: unexpected eof while reading error for on-premises integrations. Tickets now sync successfully into IT Glue without requiring manual entry.
  • Resolved an issue where a UI bug incorrectly suggested that the Shown in List and Use for Title fields of AD Security Group flexible asset templates were editable. The UI now clearly indicates that these fields are not allowed for editing, preventing user confusion.
  • Fixed an issue where uploading GlueFiles into IT Glue document folders via drag and drop intermittently failed with a file upload error. Files can now be uploaded reliably to folders as expected.
  • Resolved a bug where some workflows included archived assets by default despite the Include Archived Assets option being unchecked. Notifications are now correctly excluded for archived assets unless explicitly enabled.
  • An issue where Just-In-Time group membership changes in MyGlue did not reliably save and required multiple attempts has been resolved.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Groups section to intermittently disappear when switching between MyGlue accounts.
  • Fixed an issue where the Popular This Week section on the Dashboard was displaying an error. The Dashboard now loads this section correctly without any errors.
  • Resolved an issue where VM Host credential statuses in Network Glue were not accurately updated after changes to the API logic, resulting in incorrect display of Awaiting Data or Not Found statuses. The status handling now correctly reflects the actual state of VMware credentials after sync operations.
  • Fixed an issue where personal passwords were always included by default in the Smart Audit for Passwords table, regardless of the include personal toggle setting. Personal passwords are now only shown when the checkbox is selected.
