IT Glue V1.118.101: January 13, 2026
Enhancements
The Password Folders API documentation is now available, covering full create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations to support easier integration and development.
Updated the feature name from Smart Assist to Smart Audit in the IT Glue in-app UI.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the tooltip for the Not Found status of Network Glue VM Hosts was unclear. The tooltip now provides a comprehensive explanation, helping you understand why a host could not be found.
- A bug where you could not select a password with the mouse pointer when creating a network in Network Glue in the EU region has been fixed. You can now select passwords using either the mouse or keyboard as expected.
- Fixed an issue where the email address field in Password Safe Share displayed white text instead of black when using IT Glue’s dark theme. The font color now displays correctly, ensuring visibility in dark mode.
- Resolved an issue where password list view exports in IT Glue and MyGlue did not include passwords stored inside password folders. Exports now correctly include all passwords, regardless of whether they are in folders or not.
- Fixed an issue where the IT Glue search bar could unexpectedly disappear. Using the keyboard shortcut to search and highlighting text in the results no longer clears the search field or closes the search window, ensuring the top navigation remains visible and functional.
- Fixed a bug where searching for assets with the AD Security Groups flexible asset type caused the IT Glue website to crash and become unresponsive. You can now search and navigate to AD Security Groups without any issues.
- Resolved an issue where clicking a search result in a long list would redirect you to the highlighted option instead of the item you selected. You can now scroll and select any search result, and the correct asset will open as expected.
- Addressed a bug where IT Glue workflows would sporadically trigger duplicate expiration notifications for assets such as Domains and SSL certificates. You will now receive only a single notification for each asset expiration event, preventing duplicate alerts.
- Fixed a bug where extra space appeared between tagged assets after removing inner tags from a flexible asset’s Edit page. Tags now remain evenly spaced when you add or remove them, ensuring a consistent and clean layout.
- Resolved an issue where moving a folder would only update the “last updated” date for some documents inside it. Now, when you move a folder, all documents within it have their “last updated” date updated consistently, ensuring accurate tracking of changes.
- Fixed a bug where edit configuration pages in IT Glue displayed incorrect styling in Dark Mode. All elements now render correctly, ensuring proper visibility and usability when Dark Mode is enabled.
- Fixed an issue where the Auvik integration in IT Glue incorrectly displayed all network devices as running Windows 7. Devices now show the correct operating system or no OS, as appropriate, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- An issue where user records transferred to Microsoft tables were overwritten or disappeared when manually created user records shared the same name as Microsoft license records has been resolved. This fix restored affected data to the original user tables after migration and ensures Microsoft tables only contain fields created by the Microsoft Entra integration after synchronization.
- Fixed a bug where Network Glue displayed the wrong icon for Sophos firewall devices, showing them as Network Device/Unknown instead of Firewall. The correct firewall icon now appears for these devices, ensuring accurate device identification in your network map.
- Addressed an issue where the Manage Data screen for ConnectWise integrations in IT Glue would fail to load and display a “Bad Gateway” error when syncing a large number of assets. With this update, you can now reliably access and view all integration data on the Manage Data page, regardless of the volume of records being synced from ConnectWise.
