What is IT Glue's cloud hosting environment?
IT Glue infrastructure is located in logically separate and geographically unique AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centers: North America (US west/east), Europe (Germany/Ireland), and Australasia (Sydney).
AWS data centers are audited to SOC 1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 standards and meet PCI DSS Level 1 and HIPAA requirements. Partners may choose to have their data reside in the EU data center (subject to billing in EUR or GBP).
In addition to AWS accreditation and security certifications, IT Glue as a company is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Read IT Glue is SOC 2 compliant.
The infrastructure has been purpose-built for high availability and is incredibly robust with most of the high availability features you would expect, including the following:
