IT Glue Administrator

This video series is designed to equip administrators with the knowledge and best practices needed to securely configure, manage, and maintain IT Glue. This series will cover user and access management, security controls, workflows, integrations, exports, and operational readiness using IT Glue.

IT Glue Technician

This IT Glue training series teaches technicians how to utilize the platform as a single source of truth to reduce information waste and accelerate ticket resolution. Technicians learn to navigate core assets, including Configurations, Contacts, and Passwords, and how to use relationship mapping to link related items for faster troubleshooting.

Proper documentation standards, standardized naming conventions, and the use of Flexible Assets for unique client data are stressed to maintain an organized environment. The course also demonstrates how to secure sensitive data through permissions and the My Glue extension, ensuring information integrity. Additional lessons cover advanced search techniques and mobile app usage for field efficiency. Finally, technicians learn best practices for verifying data accuracy and performing periodic documentation audits.

Kaseya Certification Program

Kaseya University Certifications are designed to increase the value of you and your team, as well as validate broader and deeper skills in content-specific areas to maintain your company's relevance in a growing industry. This will improve your onboarding efficiency and increase marketability by attracting new customers to your business and setting yourself apart from the competition.

Within the Certification program, you will be presented with a practice assessment, eLearning/learning material, and a final assessment. Taking the practice assessment, eLearning course(s) and learning material is recommended but not required to earn your certification. To earn the certification, all you must do is complete the final assessment with a passing grade, which will be listed within the final assessment.

You can take the final assessment at any time if you feel comfortable with your level of knowledge. Once you have passed the final assessment, you will be “Certified” in that product at that level.

Before you can access any of the certifications, you must first access Kaseya University. Accessing Kaseya University requires a KaseyaOne account as Kaseya University is accessed through SSO. Ready to Start? 

Kaseya University is accessed via our free KaseyaOne Unified Login portal. If your organization does not yet have an active KaseyaOne account, you can request one here: https://one.kaseya.com/registration.

KaseyaOne Administrators have full control to create Kaseya University accounts, assign courses, and view team-level learning activity. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to KaseyaOne.
  2. Navigate to Admin Settings > User Management.
  3. Click Add User and select New User.
  4. Fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Username.
  5. Click Add to create the user, who will then receive an invitation to set up their account.

Click on Kaseya University in the left-hand menu in KaseyaOne to auto-provision your Kaseya University account or SSO into your existing Kaseya University account.

NOTE  Top tip: if you have multiple email addresses represented in your Kaseya software accounts, even aliases to one mailbox, we HIGHLY recommend using a consistent email address across all the modules of IT Complete. This will make your experience with Kaseya University consistent, and will set you up for future success with Kaseya One!
