Enhancement

You can now update the Allow All Organizations setting for multiple users all at once using the new bulk user update API endpoint. This enhancement streamlines user management, making it faster and easier to apply organization-wide permissions across your team.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the Edit User page in IT Glue loaded slowly and displayed incorrect group and organization information until fully loaded. The page now loads required data without delays or irrelevant information.
  • Resolved an issue where the Status link in the Help menu redirected users to an inactive page instead of the correct status.kaseya.com site. The Status link now directs you to the active Kaseya status page as expected.
  • An issue that prevented vaulted passwords from being viewed or copied in the MyGlue and IT Glue mobile apps has been resolved. You can now access and copy vaulted passwords as expected.
  • Resolved an issue that caused an internal server error when creating or updating passwords with certain categories. You can now add or update password categories without encountering errors.
  • Fixed an issue where tickets could not be searched or tagged in the ticket tag field within Flexible Assets. You can now search for and tag tickets as expected when using Flexible Assets.
  • Resolved an issue where users encountered an infinite loop or a 500 Internal Server Error when accessing a KaseyaOne SSO-enabled account without proper access or when logging out. The application now correctly redirects you to the login page and displays an appropriate error message.
  • Resolved an issue where some organizations were not appearing in the GlueConnect Connected Accounts list unless searched by name. All connected accounts now display correctly in the list as expected.
  • An issue where Autotask integrations recreated deleted organizations in IT Glue, even when they no longer matched the sync settings, has been fixed. Deleted organizations now remain deleted and are not recreated unless they meet the current sync criteria.
  • Resolved an issue where Microsoft license information was displayed as a negative value in IT Glue. License counts now display correctly for all Microsoft integrations.
  • Fixed an issue where saving a group with the Hide from MyGlue option selected resulted in a 504 Gateway Timeout error. Groups can now be saved successfully with this setting applied.
  • Resolved an issue where downloading .vsdx attachments with long or non-ASCII filenames resulted in errors. You can now download .vsdx file attachments regardless of filename length or special characters.
  • Fixed an issued where creating or updating passwords via the IT Glue API with the shareable attribute resulted in a 500 Internal Server Error. You can now set the shareable attribute when creating or updating passwords through the API without errors.
