IT Glue V1.118.91: August 22, 2025

Enhancements

  • The attachment limit in IT Glue has been increased from 100 MB to 300 MB.
  • A Location input field has been added to the login forms on app.itglue.com, app.eu.itglue.com and app.au.itglue.com. When users select their location (NA, EU, or AU), they will be redirected to the appropriate region-specific login page, ensuring a more streamlined and localized login experience.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused a 500 error when users above the Creator role attempted to create or edit configuration items, despite having the appropriate organization-level access. These users can now successfully add or modify configuration items as intended.

  • Resolved the issue where documents that were moved to a new location continued to appear in the documents list view until the page was refreshed.

  • Fixed the issue where setting a link in a document to open in the same tab was not working as expected. Previously, links configured to open in the same window would always open in a new tab. Now, clicking the link correctly opens it in the same window.

  • Resolved the issue where duplicate configuration statuses persisted in IT Glue when integrated with ConnectWise. Now IT Glue correctly reflects the configuration statuses without duplicates when integrated with ConnectWise.

  • Fixed a bug where Tickets and Networks were visible in the “Deny access” section for MyGlue groups. Now, assets that are denied by default are not visible in the sidebar.

  • Resolved an issue where JIT SAML SSO provisioning allowed partners to use the same email for IT Glue and MyGlue. This caused unintended cross-access and asset- visibility conflicts.

  • Resolved the bug where the Push-All feature showed 0 records to push despite all prerequisites and sync settings being correctly configured. Now, the system properly detects records, allowing users to execute the push successfully.

  • Resolved incorrect resource links in activity logs for network devices, offline mode registrations, network glue network devices, auto-rotate password settings, and suggestion settings by manually adding the correct paths in the helper, thereby ensuring users can navigate to the appropriate pages.

  • Improved the activity logs page so that all resource links now direct users to valid and relevant pages, enhancing navigation and usability within the app.

  • Fixed an issue where flexible assets, such as the AD security group, remained visible on the Groups edit page even when the Network Glue subscription was deactivated. Now, these assets are properly hidden as expected.

  • Resolved the bug where the SSL workflow triggered duplicate email notifications for the same SSL certificate. Now, the workflow sends a single notification per asset, ensuring consistent asset naming and preventing repeated alerts.

  • Fixed an issue where IT Glue names did not update when corresponding names were changed in Microsoft. Now, users have the option to overwrite IT Glue data with the latest Microsoft data during sync, ensuring accurate and up-to-date naming for contacts and configurations.
