IT Glue has implemented security-hardening enhancements across its cloud infrastructure, including expanded use of FIPS 140-3-validated cryptographic modules to protect data at rest and in transit, as well as broader adoption of security best-practice configurations across the environment. These enhancements strengthen the protection of customer data and support IT Glue’s ongoing CMMC Level 2 readiness efforts and broader security and compliance objectives.

Resolved an issue where syncing locations from HaloPSA into IT Glue failed to populate Country and Region/State address fields. These address details now sync and display correctly on corresponding IT Glue location records.
An issue where importing passwords via CSV failed due to an unexpected S3 checksum validation error during record processing has been fixed. Password CSV files now import successfully and populate password records as expected.
Resolved an issue that occurred when pasting content containing both text and images from Microsoft Word into the IT Glue document editor triggered an error and failed to load. You can now seamlessly paste combined text and inline images directly into document fields as expected.
Fixed an issue, where using the bulk select option on documents and passwords prevented users from deselecting items or clearing their selection. Users can now toggle and clear bulk selections across document and password lists as expected.
Resolved an issue where the Notes field in password and configuration records failed to preserve line breaks after saving, causing multi-line text to display without proper spacing. Line breaks and formatting are now correctly retained and displayed as expected across these records.
