Account Setting to Limit Impersonation

IT Glue administrators can now configure an account-level setting to control whether their account can be impersonated by support staff. This setting is accessible via the Admin page and provides organizations with greater control over access governance and security posture.

Manage Data Async Loading Enhancement

Data tables on the Manage Data screen for integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask) now load independently via asynchronous requests, eliminating Bad Gateway errors for accounts with large numbers of synced assets. If an individual table fails to load, a targeted error banner is displayed with a reload option, preventing a full-page failure.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Kaseya Assist panel overlapped the Asset Drawer when Kaseya Assist was opened first. Both drawer and Kaseya Assist panel are fully visible as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where the text editor toolbar scrolled with the page on the Checklists, Checklist Templates, and Organization Quick Notes pages. The toolbar now stays correctly sized and scoped to its text field while scrolling.
  • Resolved an issue where the Cooper Coach UI did not properly manage certain types of errors and became unresponsive. Now, an error notification provides options to resend your last message or close the notification and continue working.
  • Fixed an issue where deleted documents remained accessible after being deleted from the list view page. Documents deleted are now immediately removed from the list view, preventing users from accidentally clicking through to a deleted document and encountering an error.

  • Fixed an issue where there was no active row state when the password drawer was open on the Asset Drawer list page. The selected row is now displayed in active state as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where publishing a document with a long title hid the right sidebar. Long document titles are now truncated with an ellipsis on a single line, and the sidebar remains fully visible regardless of title length.
  • An issue where the Microsoft 365 integration failed to sync (in NA, AU, and EU) when one or more fields in Microsoft 365 contained text exceeding the allowed character limit was resolved. Microsoft 365 sync jobs will no longer fail due to oversized field values.
  • Fixed an issue where the incorrect user was recorded for Cancel Runbook events in Activity Logs. Activity Logs now correctly record the user who performed the cancel action, ensuring audit trails and activity history accurately reflect which team member took each action.
  • Fixed an issue where IT Glue Reset MFA logging did not correctly attribute the action to the user or record it properly in SuperAdmin Account History. MFA reset actions are now correctly attributed to the admin who performed them.
  • Resolved an issue where Microsoft contact sync failed with an Organization can't be blank error due to an unscoped adapters_resources UID lookup colliding with Microsoft Secure Score. Contacts now sync successfully without errors.
  • Fixed an issue where updating a Flexible Asset record returned a 500 error when referencing deleted tagged assets. Affected records can now be saved successfully without errors.
  • Resolved an issue where workflow filters were not working and were incorrectly triggering email notifications for passwords outside the specified filter. Workflow notifications now fire only for the passwords explicitly included in the filter.
  • Fixed an issue where MyGlue Editor users could not edit imported passwords or copy passwords. Affected passwords can be edited and copied as expected.
