IT Glue V1.118.118: June 19, 2026

Enhancements

  • The ability to sort and filter by folders in the API for Documents has been added. You can now easily find and organize IT Glue document folders with new sorting and filtering capabilities in the Public API. These enhancements make it simpler to retrieve the exact folder data you need and manage documents more efficiently at scale.
  • myITprocess (MITP) device expiration dates now display in the Global > Expirations page. You can view, track, sort, and filter MITP device expirations alongside other expirable assets, such as domains, SSL certificates, and warranties.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused Kaseya Assist to intermittently display a Kaseya Assist couldn't process your request. Please try again later error when using the Edge browser. Kaseya Assist now works as expected: requests are processed without errors.
  • Resolved an issue where Kaseya Assist became stuck processing user queries indefinitely without returning a response. Kaseya Assist now correctly transitions between processing states and delivers responses as expected.
  • Fixed a bug where columns in the Assets List View were rendered incorrectly after selecting Select All in the List View Options under certain scenarios. Columns in the Assets List View now calculate their widths correctly, and user-resized column widths are properly saved and persist after page reloads and drawer open or close actions.
  • Resolved an issue where navigating through document folders within an organization would intermittently display inconsistent results. Instead of showing only the documents belonging to the selected folder, the view would sometimes incorrectly display all documents from the root document directory. Folder navigation now consistently returns only the documents associated with the selected folder.
  • Managed workstation-type devices in the Network Glue diagram were incorrectly displayed with an unknown device icon instead of the expected desktop computer icon. These devices now correctly render with the desktop icon.
  • Resolved an issue where the Copy Password action in the Asset Drawer could send the password to a previously selected organization instead of the current one. The Copy action has been temporarily removed until a revised flow is implemented.
  • An issue that prevented Unitrends backup data from being displayed on synced IT Glue configurations has been fixed. Configuration pages now correctly show backup details, including last backup timestamp, storage usage, and backup status, and display the Unitrends sync badge with Compare Data and Sync Now actions.
  • Resolved an issue that caused Kaseya Assist banner actions to behave inconsistently across multiple browser tabs. The high-volume processing banner and retry action now display and function correctly in every open tab, ensuring users can independently interact with these controls while maintaining synchronized state across tabs.
  • Fixed a bug where ConnectWise Manage contacts were not syncing into IT Glue due to a duplicate key error in the ConnectWise API. Contact sync now completes successfully.
  • Resolved an issue where BMS tickets failed to sync to IT Glue despite an active integration, requiring you to manually toggle the Ticket Integration to restore syncing. Tickets now sync automatically as expected.
  • An issue where Configuration Interfaces synced from Datto RMM displayed IP addresses and MAC addresses in separate rows instead of being properly paired has been resolved. Each interface now correctly maps its IP and MAC address on the same row.
  • Resolved an issue where IT Glue activation links redirected to the login page instead of to the page to set up a new IT Glue account.
  • An issue where newly created MyGlue groups were not denying access to Flexible Assets by default has been fixed. New MyGlue users invited to a group could see all Flexible Assets even when permissions were set to Deny. Group permissions now correctly enforce Flexible Asset access restrictions on creation.
  • Resolved an issue where workflows were not triggering notification emails for Flexible Asset expirations. Assets meeting workflow criteria were being silently skipped. Workflow notifications now fire correctly for Flexible Asset expiration events.
  • Fixed an issue where the Network Glue collector incorrectly classified certain Ubiquiti Access Points (e.g., U7 Lite, U7 Pro) as Network Device. These devices are now correctly identified and classified as Access Points.
