Enhancement

VSA 10 API

The VSA 10 API has been migrated from v2 to v3.

MyGlue Chrome extension 1

Extension pages are now persistent so users don't have to search multiple times for password when needing username and one time password (OTP).

Bug fixes

This release fixed the following issues:

• When editing a document, the page no longer turns blank, interrupting the editing process.
• Attempting to replace the published version of a document with an older revision no longer produces a 500 error.
• An issue that caused an error message to appear when editing configurations has been fixed.
• Newly created Meraki organizations now appear as expected on the matching page.
• An issue that caused a 500 error to appear when a user with the role of Manager, Editor, or Creator attempted to create a new organization has been fixed.
• When a user receives an error within their sync logs, the user is now able to locate the reported asset within Auvik.
• Exported documents are no longer missing inline image folders.
• When searching for a password using content in the notes section, an issue that caused some entries to not appear in search results has been fixed.
• Flexible assets now appear as expected in Autotask ticket insights.
• MyGlue:
  • Login to MyGlue via extension now redirects when SSO is enabledDeployed.
  • MyGlue extension now fills in the password and the username.
  • Fixed My Glue login redirecting in a loop, repeatedly asking for an email address on the updated version of Edge (133.0.3065.59)

Improvement

This release introduces the following improvement:

• A new status, Unavailable has been added to the Network Glue contact matching page.

Bug fixes

This release fixed the following issues:

• The Manage option is no longer incorrectly visible within ConnectWise RMM (Continuum) configurations.
• The presence of the < character in SSL tracker notes no longer prevents the full text from being displayed.
• One of the Datto BCDR disconnection options, Permanently disconnect records from Datto but keep all data, now functions as expected.
• An issue that caused passwords to disappear on the password matching page has been fixed.
• Scheduled password rotation no longer fails to execute as planned.
• An issue that prevented Whois information from updating for websites added to IT Glue has been fixed.

New feature

Cooper Copilot SOP Generator

This release features our new Cooper Copilot Smart SOP Generator. Gone are the days of agonizing over creating documents from scratch! This new feature optimizes the IT Glue Chrome browser extension, allowing you to record steps in any application in your browser as you work and automatically generate a document in IT Glue. Refer to Cooper Copilot Smart SOP Generator for more information.

Feature enhancements

• Improved matching logic for Datto RMM sites, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

• Enhanced device auto-matching between Active Directory and IT Glue for better integration.

• Released MyGlue Chrome Extension v2.1.0, featuring auto-detection support for login credentials on Datto, Autotask, and other websites.

• Improved configuration matching logic for Autotask.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue preventing users from editing networks in Network Glue.

• Addressed a quick search issue for passwords where typing "P" after a Global Search occasionally reopened the search.

• Corrected a problem in Safari and Edge browsers where the Copy to Clipboard feature for passwords was non-functional.

• Updated account logo management to prevent incorrect replacements.

• Ensured asset view records (excluding passwords) are properly included when exporting from the Activity Logs page.

• Made it possible to delete invited users before they complete account registration.

• Adjusted tagging functionality to allow application flexible assets to be assigned as related items.

• Restored access to the Datto RMM Software list when selecting Sites in Match IT Glue Organization.

• Improved Network Glue matching logic to prevent workstations from being incorrectly linked to switches.

• Resolved an issue preventing DNS/Registrar records from populating in IT Glue.

New features

• Added the ability to delete the BitLocker Keys (via Network Glue) folder and BitLocker Recovery Keys in IT Glue. See Microsoft Integration: BitLocker recovery keys for more information.

• A new 2.8 build of the IT Glue Chrome Extension has been released. IT Glue chrome extension version 2.8 fixes issues that include session detection upon log in and log out, the content menu, and other issues.

Bug fixes

This release fixed the following issues:

• Using the text box to create multiple headings in IT Glue documentation caused the position to be lost when opening the Table of Contents items in a new tab.

• Clicking "P" while viewing the password list or a specific password initiated a global password search instead of limiting it to the organization level.

• The document editor did not recognize a heading as a separate heading if a user copied a heading in the text section and pasted it in another text section.

• Inconsistent manufacturer and model sync of configuration when editing an existing product in Autotask.

• A broken link when users attempted to access Kaseya University through IT Glue help section.

• When an IT Glue user clicked Log in with SSO button on the mobile app, the IT Glue login page was displayed in a web browser instead of the KaseyaOne login page.

• Password assets did not load successfully within the matching tab.

Fixed issues

This release fixed the following issues:

• Passwords were not showing on the All Matched Passwords tab on the Password Rotation page.

• The All Matched Passwords counter displayed the incorrect number of the matched passwords.

• A user failed to find an organization in the drop-down when creating or editing an organization rule.

• The asset content was not accessible on some pages when accessing from the mobile web view.

• The Autotask adapter status label on the Admin > Integrations > Active integrations page required a page refresh to update when sync resumed after pausing and then reactivating the Autotask integration.

• A user received a 404 error message when attempting to navigate to the organization in Autotask from IT Glue.

• After pausing the Autotask IT Glue integration, modifications were still syncing over to Autotask.

• Unknown organizations were shown in activity logs.

• An error message was not displayed if the application did not have the required API permissions added when configuring the Microsoft integration.

• Synced Microsoft contacts were not related to their respective Microsoft Licenses. The list of contacts was not visible under each License.

• IT Glue was sending duplicate email notifications for expiring SSL certificates.

Fixed issues

This release fixed the following issues:

• IT Glue was sending duplicate email notifications for expiring SSL certificates

• Rotatable passwords were removed from the Password Rotation page and then reappeared after the next sync

• An individual password did not auto-rotate on the Password Rotation page and no error message appeared

• myITprocess was receiving an error for some configurations

• The Opensearch autosuggestion ticket rule did not work with flexible assets

• A user was unable to access the Wireless Networks flexible asset type after accessing any other asset

• The "&" symbol was converted to "&amp" in the Header Section of documents

• The Organization search in IT Glue was not providing the expected results, even when the correct name was entered

• Breadcrumb navigation was hidden by the trial expiration banner

• Certain workflows were not accessible on the Admin > Workflows page

• Images appeared as external links within PDF exports

• Orphaned configuration data from Autotask remained active in IT Glue

• A user was not able to generate a full account export

• Vertical and horizontal scroll bars in a table did not work

• Contacts created via Microsoft Office 365 in IT Glue were not automatically synchronized to BMS, even when the sync settings were correctly defined

• IT Glue was unable to pull contacts from Microsoft tenants
